Meet the People Behind the Work.

Restoration is a relationship business as much as a technical one. PCH Restoration Team is family-run and locally operated, which means the people who introduce themselves at the start of a project are the same people accountable for it at the final walkthrough.

More Than 20 Years in Southern California Restoration

Brian Byers serves as Client Relations Manager for PCH Restoration Team, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the restoration industry.

Throughout his career, Brian has worked with respected industry leaders throughout Southern California, developing extensive experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, project coordination, estimating, and client relations. That background gives him a strong understanding of both the technical side of restoration and the importance of clear communication through the entire process.

At PCH Restoration Team, Brian focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with property managers, HOA communities, board members, real estate professionals, and industry partners. He works closely with clients from the initial introduction through project completion, helping ensure they receive responsive communication, dependable service, and the level of attention expected from the PCH team.

A Southern California native, Brian grew up in Laguna Niguel and attended UC Irvine. Outside of work he enjoys surfing, skateboarding, BMX, baseball, camping, hiking, car shows, racing, and spending time outdoors — which is a large part of why the coastline PCH works along is not an abstraction to him.

What Brian Handles on a PCH Project

Brian is the relationship side of a technical business — the person making sure owners, managers, and boards understand what is happening on their property and what comes next.

Client Relations

Working with clients from the initial introduction through project completion, so responsive communication is somebody’s actual job rather than an afterthought between site visits.

Project Coordination

Two decades of coordination and estimating experience across mitigation and reconstruction, which is what lets him answer scope and sequencing questions without a callback.

HOA & Property Management

Long-standing relationships with property managers, HOA communities, and board members — the audiences that need per-unit documentation and board-ready scopes.

Industry Partnerships

Active in networking, industry events, trade organizations, and client education throughout Orange County and Southern California.
