Our story
Jarrod Kasser, owner of PCH Restoration Team, standing beside a branded service van in Irvine

Built on Construction Experience, Grown Through Local Referrals

Jarrod Kasser grew up around construction, working alongside his father on job sites from an early age and learning the trades from the inside out. He began his career providing metal-stud framing, drywall installation, high-end carpentry, and kitchen and bath remodeling. He later expanded into commercial construction and high-end coastal remodeling before returning to his passion for emergency restoration.

Since 2009, PCH has grown through repeat relationships: families who pass the number along, property managers who know the work will be documented, and HOA boards that need one team capable of handling both emergency mitigation and reconstruction.

That construction background shapes how PCH approaches restoration. Drying equipment is only one part of the job. The real goal is a structurally dry, carefully documented property that can move cleanly into repair and finish work without another contractor having to rediscover the loss.

“One accountable local team should carry your property from emergency response through the final walkthrough.”

The Credentials and Capabilities Behind the Work

PCH is structured to reduce handoffs, document every major decision, and leave property owners with one clear point of accountability.

Our mold policy: mold testing and post-remediation clearance are handled by an independent third party. The contractor performing the work should not be the only party verifying the result.
How we show up

Our Core Values on Every Restoration Project

Compassion First

Water damage disrupts a home, a business, and often a family’s routine. We communicate clearly, respect the property, and explain what happens next.

Document the Work

Moisture readings, drying logs, photographs, and defined scopes make the project easier to understand for owners, adjusters, property managers, and HOA boards.

Accountability Through Finish

Because we are licensed to rebuild, our responsibility does not end when the drying equipment leaves. We can carry the project into repairs and final finish work.

One team, start to finish

How Construction Experience Changes Restoration

Every phase is planned with the next phase in mind, reducing gaps between emergency work, documentation, and reconstruction.

  1. Control and MitigateWe help identify the source, extract standing water, map moisture, and stabilize the affected area.
  2. Dry and VerifyAir movement, dehumidification, and recorded moisture readings continue until the structure reaches documented drying goals.
  3. Repair and RebuildDrywall, paint, flooring, cabinets, trim, and finish work are coordinated by the same licensed contractor.

About PCH

Questions People Ask About Our Team

What does “mitigation and reconstruction under one roof” mean?

It means PCH can handle the emergency water-removal and structural-drying phase, then continue into drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and other build-back work. You keep one point of accountability instead of starting over with a separate repair contractor.

Does PCH test its own mold work?

No. When mold testing or post-remediation clearance is needed, it is performed by an independent third-party tester. That separation gives property owners, HOAs, and adjusters verification from someone other than the contractor completing the remediation.

Where does PCH Restoration Team work?

Our primary service area is Irvine and South Orange County, including Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, and Corona del Mar.
